Shipping

We provide free local delivery for all customers in Singapore.

- For items below SGD1000, we will use Singpost delivery with tracking number.

- For orders equal to or above SGD1000, we offer personal delivery services directly to your doorstep. 

 

For our international customers, we dispatch orders within 1-3 business using DHL eCommerce or another international delivery service.

- DHL: $150 Flat Rate Worldwide

- International Delivery: $80 Flat Rate Worldwide

​Tracking numbers will be provided for all deliveries to ensure you can easily monitor the status of your order.

Customs & Duties

The customer (importer) is responsible for any import taxes and customs duties imposed by their country, unless specified otherwise in shipping terms.

 

Return & Exchange

All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges for any purchases.
